Hi
I’ve been searching for a good Banana Cake recipe & found your Banana Cake recipe page. What you wrote I so can relate to. So, when I saw the link for the Banana Cake recipe at the end of your article…I got exceited…
…Until I clicked onto it & read the 1st ingredient….
What exactly is 200 grs of butter? everything else is in USA compatible measurements, ie: teaspoon etc… but I can’t for the life of me figure out what 200 grs of butter is. I tried going to 4 differnt cooking measurement conversion sites & none of them could help me determine what it would be in teaspoons, cups or sticks. Could you please help? E-mail me at address listed if possible, incase I can’t find your page again. Thanks

How do you print the recipe? I tried, but it ends up printing four pages of everything. hightlighting doesn’t work. anything you highlight just doesn’t print..

For those of you asking about the Banana Cake. I have made it as a cake, loaf and muffins. The first ingredient is 200grs of butter, this is grams. 1 Tablespoon equals roughly 14.29 grams, so 7 tablespoons is pretty close to 100 grams. I cook the cake at about 250 degrees. It takes a while usually an hour or so depending on how I prepare the batter. I have even 1/2 the recipe and it works well. I hope this helps. trust me it is an awesome recipe.
