Quiche Recipe
This is a recipe for a Quick and Easy Self Basing Quiche.
Make sure to follow the directions accurately.
Preparation time: 10- 15 mins
3 eggs
1 tablespoon oil 1 cup grated cheese
½ cup self raising flour
½ - 1 onion
1 ½ cups milk Salt and pepper
Optional:
Bacon or ham
Mushrooms
Smoked chicken
Spring onions
Asparagus pieces
In a bowl place eggs, oil, grated cheese, self raising flour, finely chopped onion, milk, salt and pepper. Then add extra ingredients such as bacon, mushrooms etc!
Preheat oven to 180 º c. Bake in a greased oval or square dish for 30- 45 minutes.
Serve hot straight from dish with bread rolls and a fresh salad. This recipe serves 6-8 people for lunch or easy dinner.
