Chocolate Fudge Slice
125 grams butter
175 grams flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
¾ cup sugar
1 dessertspoon cocoa
Method:
Cream butter and sugar, then add dry ingredients. Spread the mixture into a flat Swiss roll tin and cover with the following: 25 grams melted butter, 1 dessertspoon golden syrup. Beat into this mixture ½ tin sweetened condensed milk.
Spread over the already fattened mixture in the tin. Bake at 180ºc for 25-30 minutes.
Ice with chocolate icing while hot. When cool cut into slices.
